1. Service Commitment
This Policy prevents customers from selecting the lowest‑priced plan for a one-time cleaning.
When you choose a service plan, you are committing to:
Monthly: minimum 6 cleanings
Every Other Month: minimum 3 cleanings
Twice A Season: minimum 2 cleanings
2. Cancel Anytime Before The First Service
If you cancel 24 hours before your first scheduled cleaning, no charges apply.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is always free with 24 hours’ notice. Same‑day cancellations or missed appointments incur a $30 route disruption fee.
4. Pausing Service
You may pause your plan for up to 30 days with no penalty.
5. No Long‑Term Contracts
We don’t lock customers into long contracts. We simply ask for fairness and consistency so we can keep our pricing accessible for everyone.
